I offer emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth. I help create a calming environment, guide breathwork, support your birth plan, and make sure you feel safe, seen, and heard.
No. I’m not a medical provider. I work alongside your birth team to support your emotional and physical well-being during labor.
I don’t speak on your behalf, but I help you understand your options and remind you of your voice so you can make empowered decisions.
I offer healing-focused care after birth: womb rubs, belly binding, nourishment, light housework, sibling support, and emotional check-ins — all customized to what you need most.
While I’m not an IBCLC, I can help with general breastfeeding positions, latch techniques, and refer you to a certified specialist if needed.
As soon as you’re ready — some families welcome me within 24–48 hours after birth, while others wait until they’re settled at home.

I help soothe, feed, diaper, and settle your baby overnight so you can rest. I also track feedings and offer gentle support if you’re nursing or pumping.
My sessions are tailored for labor prep — with positions that open the pelvis, release tension, and help you connect to your breath and voice.
